Let us follow his path in adhering to unity and defending the Right


The First Sermon

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Loving God

Allah says in His Glorious Book: And among men is he who sells himself to seek the pleasure of Allah; and Allah is Affectionate to the servants. This human being, Ali (a.s.) has sold himself to God. His mind, heart and all his being was to God, from the day he was born in one of the Houses of Allah until he died in another house of Allah.
This is his secret, the secret of the Imam Ali bin Abi Talib whom we are recalling his martyrdom, when he was stabbed by Ibn Maljam, as he was praying at dawn in the mosque of Kufa. And this is why he said: In the name of Allah and on the religion of His Messenger. By the Lord of Kaa'ba, I have won. This is what he always thought about: to live his entire life serving the cause of Islam and to die adhering to the line of Islam. And this is what he told the Prophet when the latter told him that he was weeping for what they will do with you in this month.
The Commander of the Faithful asked "O' the Prophet of Allah, will that be for the safety of my Faith".
He replied, "Yes, it will be with the safety of your Faith. He was glad because that was all what he cared for.
And this also why Imam Hussein (a.s.) said when he was about to be martyred , that he does not care how or where he gets killed as long as it is for the cause of Allah.

The Knight of Islam
When we remember the Imam in this month, we remember the champion of the battle of Badr, for he played a vital and heroic role in this battle that occurred in this month, and through which Allah wanted to tell the Arabs of that time that there was another power in addition to that of Quraish and that they should not be afraid of Quraish when they wish to join Islam. This was the battle of Badr in which the Imam killed half of the infidels who fell in that war, although he had had no previous combat training. His strength was a product of his belief. That is why Gabriel said according to historians.
There is no hero except Ali (a.s.). There is no sword except his sword Zulifqar.
Ali (a.s.) was also present in the conquest of Mecca which also occurred in this Month. The Messenger(p.) was planning to open Mecca peacefully without spilling one drop of blood. That is why when the man carrying the banner said: Today is the day of Slaughter there is no security today, he gave the banner to Ali (a.s.) ordering him to say: Today is the day of Mercy and forgiveness. This tells us that Imam Ali (a.s.) fought when the Islamic interest demanded fighting and made peace when it required peace.
This is what he inspired from the Messenger when he asked the Meccans after opening Mecca: What do you think I will do to you? And when they told him, relying on his sublime manners, that he was their honourable brother he said: There is no blame on you today, and left them all free.
Thus Ali (a.s.) was the knight and hero of Islam. He was also the teacher for the Messenger(p.) used to day: "I am the city of knowledge and Ali is the gate". While the Imam used to say: "The Messenger taught me one thousand branches of knowledge of each one thousand branches are opened for me. The Messenger(p.) also said: Ali (a.s.) with the Right and the Right is with Ali. It turns with him wherever he turns. Ali (a.s.) describes his sufferings as a result of adhering to the right in saying: "The Right has left me with no friends". For they wanted him for themselves, while he wanted them for God. He stayed with Islam even he was denied his right in the caliphate after the death of the Messenger(p.) . He expressed his stand in this wise statement that shows how dedicated he was: I will keep the peace as long as the affairs of Muslims are sustained and the only injustice falls on me in particular.

Following his Lead
When we remember Ali (a.s.), we have to learn from him how to be with the Right, how we defend Islam and preserve its unity and that of the Muslims. Especially in these difficult circumstances in which the world of arrogance and unbelief wants to undermine the strength of Islam and Muslims, we have to stay with Ali (a.s.), with his heroism, his Jihad and learn how to be with the Messenger and with God, for Ali used to love Allah and His Messenger and was loved by Allah and His Messenger.
Being of his Shiites means adhering to his thought, his beliefs and following his lead in all his actions. May Allah bless him the day he was born, the day he was martyred and the day will be brought back to life.

The American Arrogance and the World
As a result of the American Administration vicious plots that aim at promoting its own interests at the expense of the interests of all the nations of the world with our region in its forefront, the entire world, including the Islamic world, is still suffering from local, regional and international problems.
We have seen the latest phase in fuelling these problems in the visit of the American Secretary of State that summoned several Arab foreign ministers she considers moderate to form a political alliance against those she considers extremists.
She aims at destabilizing the relations between these “moderate” countries and between Iran, Syria and the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon and Palestine. But, although she promised to produce some positive results in Palestine, she was not able to attain anything for the Palestinian people, for she does not have the means to pressurise the enemy's. The role she played was trying to incite the official authority against Hamas in an effort to fall the government. Such escalating tensions might lead to the catastrophe of civil war and this is probably the gaol the enemy in seeking.
In Iraq, the daily tragedy of barbaric massacres committed by the occupation and its allies, whether directly, goes on and on. In addition, the state of sectarian killing abduction and displacement continues aiming at creating a de facto partition that is supported by the occupation.

Iran faces the Arrogant project.
Iran is still being falsely accused of planning to produce the atomic bomb. But what America and its European allies really aim at is to deny Iran – the scientific nuclear technology that enables it and the Islamic world to serve the causes of economic development and prosperity.
America wants the Islamic countries to remain in need of the West on security economic and scientific fields.
Meanwhile, America talks about the sanctions that will be imposed on Iran, but Iran will confront all these threats, for it is fighting for the cause of freedom and dignity.

The North Korean Shock
The North Korean atomic test constituted a major shock to the Arrogant powers who exerted extensive pressure, to prevent it, especially that America, and its allies, wants to monopolize the possession of the bomb, but this does not include Israel that is said to have 200 nuclear heads, on the grounds that it is threatened. Such a claim is a black comedy that makes a widow laugh, for Israel is the one that constitutes a threat to the states of the region due to its strategic alliance with the US… Then Washington had to accept the Fact that both India and Pakistan possess the bomb. And now its North Korea's turn, for America did not offer the Koreans what they asked for regarding non-aggression.

Defying the US Policies
The challenges that the US face whether from states, liberation movements and those it calls "fundamentals" has made the US stumble in the countries it occupies directly, Iraq and Afghanistan, and indirectly – Palestine.
We believe that this arrogant state will be met by the nations’ rejection and confrontation of its policies.
In addition, problems are already facing the President of this administration inside his country, as a result of the various scandals that are besieging him.
God wants us to reject arrogance and to stand against all the unjust and to face all aggression pressures. He wants us to be free and dignified, for this is an integral part of the faith of unifying Allah that rejects any kind of slavery.

Lebanon in the political maze
Lebanon is still living in a political maze as a result of the rows that emerge every now and then and the accusations, both the loyalists and the opposition throw at one another. The calls for a dialogue might not be fruitful, for the Lebanese politicians are not the country decision makers, because there are foreign forces that are manipulating Lebanese decisions through embassies and international envoys.
Meanwhile, most of the Lebanese are living below the line the poverty, since their appetites can not be satisfied by holding Ramadan iftars, and making speeches that will only provide them with confusing statements. May Allah help the weakened in this country that is still in the hands of the well – off who have made their riches at the Lebanese people's expense, and by stealing the budget through the corruption system that plagues the so-called Lebanese state.

On the Anniversary of Ali’s Martyrdom
Follow his path and respect his will



In the Name of God, The Compassionate the Merciful



Praise be to Allah, lord of the worlds, And peace be upon our master, Muhammad, his purified progeny, his chosen companions and on all God’s prophets and messengers.

He who is loved by Allah and the Messenger.

Allah says in His Glorious Book:

There are those among people who give their lives to seek God’s pleasure. God is Affectionate to His servants”.

Quranic interpretation books explain that it is Imam Ali whom this verse talks about. He is also one of Allah’s arguments, that ought to convince people , since, he is the greatest Islamic personality second only to the Messenger and was loved by him.

Ali’s gave Islam all his life and has lived throughout in Allah’s houses. He is the only one born in Kaa’ba. Then his life was always associated with prayers with the Messenger, He used to say : “O God, I was the first to hear the call and the first to answer.

Nobody has performed prayers before me except Allah’s Messenger. He was the first to pray with the Messenger when he was a child even before the Prophet was ordered to start his mission.

He used to live with Muhammad and acquire all his morals and spirituality to the extent his personal traits. became that of the Messenger.

The Mujahid

He also used to be taught by the Prophet all fields of knowledge until he became the door of the city of knowledge, as the Prophet said: “I am the city of knowledge and Ali is its door”. He also never said anything that was not truthful, to the extent the Messenger gave him this medal: “Ali’s, is with the truth and the truth is with Ali, it goes with him wherever he goes”. He was also the Mujahid who took part in all the Messenger’s battles and was a vital force in achieving victory in all of them. It is said that in the battle of Bader, Ali killed half of the unbelievers that were killed in this battle although he had not had any practice on how to use the sword ..

In the battle of Al-Khandak, the Messenger said when Ali went down to the arena to fight Amro Bin Wid: “Belief as a whole is going to fight unbelief in its entirety.”

Thus ,dear beloved, Ali was the first among Muslims second only to the Messenger. Therefore it was his right to become the ruler after him. The Messenger himself declared that whoever believes that he has authority on, then Ali has the same authority on him too. Moreover , he was so purified that he did not commit any sin or wrong. For Ali’s infallibility was not just an ordinary one, but rather one of the highest degree. Thus when we remember Ali (a.s.) on the anniversary of his martyrdom, we remember this Islamic unique personality that has reached the highest levelly of perfection in moral behavior , knowledge, spirituality and fighting for the cause of Allah…

Ali’s Advice to the Muslim Nation

As we are going to see, Imam Ali’s will that was dictated when he was in sever pain as a result of the fatal wound inflicted by the fanatic Abdulrahman Bin Malijam, was not a will about whom he is giving his money or property to, but rather a will for all Muslims. He addressed his will to his two sons Al –Hassan and Al-Hussein , because they would be left in change of Muslim affairs after him, but the will was also addressed to all his children as well as all who will read it.

Thus, whoever reads this will or is informed about its content, bears the responsibility of executing it.

The Will says:

“I advise your to fear Allah”. And obey his commands, for this is the meaning of piety that leads to Heaven. Do not go after this vicious world thought it may try to entice you , do not seek it through it night seek you. One should not compromise his principles and his belief for anything in this world ,“and do no give force for anything which the world refuse you-for this world is not infinite and in it you gain some and you win some, you should not be all allured by its wins or frustrated and depressed by its loses, for the hereafter is the world that lasts.

“Let the eternal reward and Blessings of Allah be the prompting factors for all you say and do. Be an enemy of tyrants and oppressors, and be a friend and helper of those who are oppressed and tyrannized” regardless of who the oppressors and the oppressed are.

Then the Imam moves to the social aspect, the one relating to the welfare of the community and the nation as a whole.

“To you, to my other children…. and to all who acquire this . Fear Allah and be pious, and have fair and honest dealingsw with one another”, you should be fair and honest in all your social, political, economic, secutrity… dealings and stands… Give each man his right, and be the organized society in which each man knows his role and position.

If everybody in the community leaves himself herself to be led by hisher desires, the nation will definitely fail in pursuing its causes, “and improve mutual relations because I have heard your grandfather, the Holy Prophet(a.s.) saying, “To remove mutual enmity, ill-feeling and hatred is better than recommended prayers and fasting”.

For enmity could devastate the society and harm Islam and Muslims. Fear Allah when the question of helpless orphans arises. You should never let them starve. So long as you are there to guard and protect them they should not be ruined or lost.

In this part of his will, the Imam is clearly telling us that the orphans are the responsibility of the society that should look after them as everyone of you looks after his own children.

They should not be left to their fate, lest they will deviate and may even find their way to become criminals.

A few days ago, I read in a newspaper that there are 4 thousand Lebanese orphans adopted by families in the West. When those orphans knew that those whom they are living with are not their real parents, they began to search for their fathers and mothers, this is what made us establish the Mabarat orphanage in the first place; to present such a negative development, where our children will be sent to the West and lose their identity and their religion.

Fear Allah in respect to your neighbors The Holy Prophet(p.) had always advised, cautioned and reminded us of this responsibility, so much so that we often thought that the prophet of Allah(p.) might on the next occasion assign them a share from our heritage”.

For Allah wanted us to be tolerant and endure any harm they might cause us. “Fear Allah in respect of the Holly Qura’n, lest others should excel and surpass you in following its tents and in acting according to its orders, Fear Allah so far as prayers are concerned because prayers are pillars of your faith.” Prayers are the pillars of our faith if they are accepted, other religious duties will be accepted, but if it were rejected they too would be rejected. Prayers also, removes sins that is why we have to call all our relations ,especially our nuclear family, to prays, so that they will grow up learning to fear Allah and love him.

Allah in the matter of His Holy House(Kaa’ba). Let it not be deserted because if it is deserted, you(the Muslims) will be lost.

It is the symbol of the Muslims strength and unity…

Do not forget Allah, struggle in His cause with your tongue, with your wealth and with your lives.

Develop mutual liking, friendship and love and help one another. Take care that you do not spurn and treat one another badly and unsympathetically.

Exhort people to do good and abstain them from evil, otherwise the vicious and the wicked will be your overlord and if you willingly allow such persons to be your rulers then your prayers will not be heard by Allah.

Be the community in which you watch one another, if you abstain from exhorting to do good and forbidding evil, it will be reflected on your rulers who will turn corrupt and disloyal to the covenant they made with Allah.

The Imam’s will to his Clan.

As we noticed, up till now the Imam has not been talking about any personal issue, but rather general issues of interest to the Muslims as a whole, focusing on their social life. When he talks to his clan it is only to prevent them from doing wrong. Since his clan is responsible to punish those who killed him( whose is slain wrongly, we have given power unto his her, but let him not commit excess in slaying) the Imam wants them to abide by Allah’s Shariah on his own murder, without any a vengeful tribal acts like those dominant in our communities.

O’ sons of Abdul Muttalib! Let there be no retaliation for the act of my murder, do not roam about with drawn sword and with the slogan:” Amir al_Mumimin is Killed”, and do not start the massacre of my opponents and enemies. There is no class privileges in murder; only the murderer is killed regardless of his social or political level. See to it that only one man, that is my assassin, is killed, as the punishment of the crime of murder is death and nobody else is molested. The punishment to the man who attempted the Murder shall take place only when I die of the wound delivered by him and this punishment shall be only one stroke of sword to end his life. He should not be tortured before his death, his hands and feet should not be amputated because I have heard the Holy prophet(s) saying: “Do not amputate hands and feet of anybody, be it a biting dog”.

Thus the Imam, who is always great, even regarding issues where others act in a worldly manners... He is the patient who endured all kinds of pains, and he is the joy of living with God and loving God and loving God. Is not he the one who said that you cannot live the way I do for I want nothing from this world and added : I want you only to help me by piety, advise, chastity and perseverance.

This is Ali’s will that you have to abide by… Are you going you abide by it? For he” that alters the will after hearing it shall by accountable for his crime”. May peace be on him the day he was born, the day he was martyred and the day he will be brought back to life.

رویت ہلال کے بارے میں بعض سوالات کے جوابات ( استفتاآت مقام معظم

س 853۔ آ پ جانتے ہیں  کہ ابتداء ماہ اور آ خر ماہ میں چاند حسب ذیل حالتوں میں سے کسی ایک حالت میں ہوتا ہے:

۱۔ غروب آ فتاب سے پہلے ( چاند) ہلال ڈوب جاتا ہے۔

۲۔ کبھی چاند اور سورج دونوں ایک ساتھ غروب ہوجاتے ہیں ۔

۳۔ کبھی چاند آ فتاب کے بعد غروب ہوتا ہے۔

مہربانی کرکے ان چند امور کی وضاحت فرمائیں:

1 ۔ مذکورہ تین حالتوں میں سے وہ کون سی حالت ہے جس کو فقہی نقطہ نظر سے مہینے کی پہلی تاریخ مانا جائے گا۔

2۔ اگر ہم یہ مان لیں کہ آ ج کے الیکٹرانک دور میں مذکورہ تمام شکلوں کو دنیا کے آ خری نقطے میں دقیق الیکٹرانک نظام کے حساب سے دیکھ لیا جاتا ہے ، تو کیا اس نظام کے تحت ممکن ہے کہ پہلی تاریخ کے پہلے سے طے کرلیا جائے یا آ نکھ سے ہلال کا دیکہنا ضروری ہے؟

ج۔ اول ماہ کا معیار اس چاند پر ہے جو غروب آ فتاب کے بعد غروب ہوتا ہے اور جس کو غروب سے پہلے عام طریقہ سے دیکہا جاسکتا ہو۔

س854۔ اگر شوال کا چاند ملک کے کسی شہرمیں دکھائی نہیں  دیا لیکن ریڈیو اور ٹی وی نے اول ماہ کا اعلان کردیا تو کیا یہ اعلان کافی ہے یا تحقیق ضروری ہے؟

ج۔ اگر رویت ہلال کا یقین ہوجائے یا اعلان رویت ولی فقیہہ کی طرف سے ہو تو پھرتحقیق کی ضرورت نہیں  ہے۔

س855۔ اگر رمضان کی پہلی تاریخ یا شوال کی پہلی تاریخ کا تعین بادل یا دیگر اسباب کی وجہ سے ممکن نہ ہو اور رمضان و شعبان کے تیس دن پورے نہ ہوئے ہوں تو کیا ایسی صورت میں جبکہ ہم لوگ جاپان میں ہوں، ایران کے افق پر عمل کرسکتے ہیں یا جنتری پر اعتماد کرسکتے ہیں ؟

ج۔ اگر اول ماہ نہ چاند دیکھ کر ثابت ہو، چاہے ان قریبی شہروں کے افق میں سہی جن کا افق ایک ہو، نہ دو شاہد عادل کی گواہی سے اور نہ حکم حاکم سے ثابت ہو تو ایسی صورت میں احتیاط واجب ہے کہ اول ماہ کا یقین حاصل کیا جائے۔ اور چونکہ ایران، جاپان کے مغرب میں واقع ہے اس لئے جاپان میں رہنے والوں کے لئے ایران میں چاند کا ثابت ہوجانا کوئی اعتبار نہیں  رکہتا۔

س856۔ رویت ہلال کے لئے اتحاد افق کا معتبر ہونا شرط ہے یا نہیں ؟

ج۔ کسی شہر میں چاند کا دیکہا جانا اس کے ہم افق یا نزدیک کے افق والے شہروں کے لئے کافی ہے اسی طرح مشرق میں واقع شہروں کی رویت مغرب میں واقع شہروں کے لئے کافی ہے۔

س857۔ اتحاد افق سے کیا مراد ہے؟

ج۔ اس سے وہ شہرمراد ہیں  جو ایک طول البلد پر واقع ہوں اور اگر دو شہر   ایک طول البلد پر واقع ہوں تو ان کو متحد الافق کہا جاتا ہے ۔ یہاں طول البلد علم ہئیت کی اصطلاح کے اعتبار سے ہے۔

س858۔ اگر 29 تاریخ کو خراسان اور تہران میں عید ہو تو کیا بو شہر کے رہنے والوں کےلئے بھی افطار کرلینا جائز ہے جبکہ بو شہر اور تہر  ان کے افق میں فرق ہے؟

ج۔ اگر دونوں شہروں کے درمیان اختلاف افق اتنا ہو کہ اگر ایک شہر میں چاند دیکھا جائے

  تو دوسرے شہرمیں دکھائی نہ دے توایسی صورت میں مغربی شہروں کی رویت مشرقی

 شھروں  کے لئے کافی نہیں  ہے کیونکہ مشرقی شہروں میں سورج مغربی شہروں سے پہلے غروب ہوتا ہے۔ لیکن اس کے برخلاف اگر مشرقی شہروں میں چاند دکھائی دے تو رویت ثابت و محقق مانی جائے گی۔

س859۔ اگر ایک شہر کے علماء کے درمیان رویت ہلال کے ثابت ہونے میں اختلاف ہوگیا ہو یعنی بعض کے نزدیک ثابت ہو اور بعض کے نزدیک ثابت نہ ہو اور مکلف کی نظر میں دونوں گروہ کے علماء عادل اور قابل اعتماد ہوں تو اس کا فریضہ کیا ہے؟

ج۔ اگر اختلاف شہادتوں کی وجہ سے ہے یعنی بعض کے نزدیک چاند کا ہونا ثابت ہو اور بعض کے نزدیک چاند کا نہ ہونا ثابت ہو، ایسی صورت میں چونکہ دونوں شہادتیں ایک دوسرے سے متعارض ہیں لہذا قابل عمل نہیں ہوں گی۔ اس لئے مکلف پر واجب ہے کہ اصول کے مطابق عمل کرے۔ لیکن اگر اختلاف خود رویت ہلال میں ہو یعنی بعض کہیں  کہ چاند دیکہا ہے اور بعض کہیں  کہ چاند نہیں دیکہا ہے۔ تو اگر رویت کے مدعی دو عادل ہوں تو مکلف کے لئے ان کا قول دلیل اور حجت شرعی ہے اور اس پر واجب ہے کہ ان کی پیروی کرے اسی طرح اگر حاکم شرع نے ثبوت ہلال کا حکم دیا ہو تو اس کا حکم بھی تمام مکلفین کے لئے شرعی حجت ہے اور ان پر واجب ہے کہ اس کا اتباع کریں۔

س860۔ اگر ایک شخص نے چاند دیکہا اوراس کو علم ہو کہ اس شہر  کا حکم شرعی بعض  

وجوہ کی بنا پر رویت سے آ گاہ نہیں  ہوپائے گا تو کیا اس شخص پر لازم ہے کہ حاکم کو رویت کی خبر دے؟

ج۔ خبر دینا واجب نہیں  ہے بشرطیکہ نہ بتانے پر کوئی فساد نہ برپا ہو۔

س861۔ زیادہ تر فقہا افاضل کی توضیح المسائل میں ماہ شوال کی پہلی تاریخ کے اثبات کے لئے پانچ طریقے بتائے گئے ہیں  مگر حاکم شرع کے نزدیک ثابت ہونے کا اس میں ذکر نہیں  ہے۔ اگر ایسا ہی ہے تو پہر اکثر مومنین مراجع عظام کے نزدیک ماہ شوال کا چاند ثابت ہونے پر کیونکر افطار کرتے ہیں ۔ اور اس شخص کی تکلیف کیا ہے جس کو اس طریقے سے رویت کے ثابت ہونے پر اطمینان نہ ہو؟

ج۔ جب تک حاکم ثبوت ہلال کا حکم نہ دے اتباع واجب نہیں  ہے پس تنہا اس کے نزدیک چاند کا ثابت ہونا دوسروں کے اتباع کے لئے کافی ہے

رمضان المبارک رسول خدا ( صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ )کے کلام میں :اَیھَا النّاسُ قَد اَقبَلَ اِلَیکُم شَھرُ اللہِ بِالبَرََکَۃِ وَ الرَّحمَۃِ وَ المَغفِرَۃِ شَھرٌ ھَوَعِندَاللہِ اَفضَلُ الشُّھُورِ وَ اَیامُہُ اَفضَلُ الاَیامِ وَ لَیالِیہِ اَفضَلُ اللَیالِی وَ ساعاتُہُ اَفضَلُ الساعاتِ ھُوَ شَھرٌ دُعیتُم فِیہ اِلی ضِیافَۃِ اللہِ وَ جَعَلتُم مِن اَھلِ کِرامَتِہ اَنفاسُکُم فیہِ تَسبیحٌ وَ نَومُکُم فِیہ عِبادَۃٌ وَ اَعمالُکُم فِیہ مَقبَولَۃٌ وَ دُعائُکُم فِیہ مُستَجابٌ فَاسئََلُوا رَبّکُم بَنِیاتٍ صادِقَۃٍ وَ قُلُوبٍ طاھِرٍَ اَن یوّفِقَکُم فِیہ لِصِیامِہِ وَ تِلاوَۃِ کِتابِءِ فَاِنَّ الشَّقی مَن حَرُمَ عَن غُفرانِ اللہِ فِی ھذا الشَھرِ الشَّریفِ. ترجمہ : رسول خدا (ص) نے فرمایا : اے لوگو ! رمضان خدا وند متعال کی برکت ، رحمت ، مغفرت اور بخشش کا مہینہ ہے جس نےتمہاری طرف رخ کیاہے یہ مہینہ تمام مہینوں سے افضل ہےاس کے دن تمام دنوں سے بہتر اس کی راتیں تمام راتوں سے افضل اور اس کے لمحات تمام لمحات سے افضل و برتر ہیں خداوند متعال نے تمہیں اس مہینے میں اپنے ہاں مہمان بنایا ہے تم کو صاحبان کرامت میں سے قراردیا ہے سانس لینا اس مہینے میں تسبیح کا ثواب رکھتا ہے اور تمہاری نیند عبادت کے طور پر تمہارے اعمال میں لکھی جاتی ہےاور تمہارے اعمال و عبادت کو اس مہینے میں بارگاہ پروردگار میں قبولیت کا شرف ملتا ہے تمہاری دعائیں مقبول ہونگی پس صحیح نیت اور پاک دلوں سے اپنے پروردگار کی ہاں تضرع و زاری کرو تاکہ وہ تمہیں اس مہینے میں روزہ رکھنے اور قرآن مجید کی تلاوت کی توفیق عطا فرمائے اور بد بخت وہ شخص ہے کہ جس کے ہاتھ سے رمضان نکل جائے اور وہ کوئی ایساکام نہ کرے جس سے اس کے گذشتہ گناہ بخش دیئے جائیں ۔ وَ اذکُرُوا بِجُوعِکُم وَ عَطَشِکُم جُوعَ یومِ القِیامۃِ وَ عَطَشِہِ وَ تَصَدَّقُوا عَلی فُقَرائِکُم وَ مَساکینِکم وَ وَقِرّوُا کِبارَکُم وَ ارحَمُوا صِغارَکُم وَ صِلُوا اَرحامَکُم وَ احفَظُوا اَلسِنَتَکُم وَ غَضُّوا عَمّا لایحِلُّ النَّظَرُ اِلَیہِ اَبصارَکُم وَ عَمّا لا یحِلُّ الاِستِماعُ اِلَیہِ اَسماعَکُم وَ تَحَنَّنُوا عَلی ایتامِ النّاسِ یتَحَنَّنُ عَلی ایتمِکُم وَ تُوبُوا اِلَی اللہِ مِن ذُنُوبِکُم وَ ارَفَعُوا اِلَیہِ اَیدِیکُم بِالدُّعاءِ وَ فی اَوقاتِ صَلواتِکُم فَاِنَّھا اَفضَلُ السّاعاتِ ینظُرُ اللہُ عَزَّوَجَلَّ فیھا بِالرَّحمَۃِ اِلی عِبادِہِ یجیبُھُم اِذا ناجُوُہ وَ یلَبّیھِم اِذا نادُوہُ وَ یستَجیبُ لَھُم اِذا دَعَوہُ. رسول خدا (ص) نے فرمایا : جب اس مہینے میں روزہ رکھنے کی وجہ سے تشنگی اور بھوک کا احساس کرو تو اس وقت قیامت کی بھوک اور پیاس کو یاد کرو اور اس مہینے میں فقراء اور مساکین کی مختلف انداز میں مدد کرو اپنے بزرگوں کا احترام کرو اور بچوں کے ساتھ رحم اور مہربانی سے پیش آؤ اپنے رشتہ داروں کی دلجوئی کرو جھوٹ ، افتراء ، تہمت اور غیبت سے اپنی زبان کی حفاظت کرو اور اپنی آنکھوں کو ایسی چیزوں کے دیکھنے سے محفوظ رکھو جنکا دیکھنا حرام اور ممنوع ہے اپنے کانوں کو ایسی چیزوں کے سننے سے باز رکھو جن کا سننا شرعا حرام اور ممنوع ہے یتیموں پر رحم کھاؤ تاکہ تمہارے بعد تمہارے یتیموں پر بھی رحم کریں اپنے گناہوں کی بخشش کے لئے اپنے ہاتھ توبہ و انابہ کے لئے بارگاہ حق میں بلند کرو نماز کے اوقات میں دعا کرو اور اپنے پروردگار سے اپنی حاجات پورا کرنے کے لئے دعا مانگو کیونکہ نماز کاوقت دعا کے لئے بہترین وقت ہے اس وقت خدا وند متعال اپنے بندوں پر نظر رحمت فرماتا ہے اور جب لوگ اس کی بارگاہ میں راز و نیاز اور مناجات کرتے ہیں تو وہ ان کی دعا کو قبول فرماتا ہے
